What days do you deliver? {Friday & Saturday }
  •  We will deliver Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham on Friday and South London on Saturday.
 Is there anywhere in the UK you don't deliver? {Yes}
  • We can currently only deliver to these areas (Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, and South London
  • Any orders made outside these areas will be refunded.

     

     What do I do with my empty boxes?
    •  Our cardboard boxes are FSC certified and can be put in your regular household recycling. (You may also find a way to use the box yourself as storage maybe?) They are quality double wall boxes.

    • The ice packs are also 100% recyclable and are filled with purified water. The water can be poured away and the plastic popped in your recycling (although we suggest re-using them as they make great picnic box or lunchbox coolers).
     Will my delivery come with a time slot? {Yes}
    •  Before your delivery date you’ll receive a text or WhatsApp message with a 4 hour delivery slot. Orders will be delivered by our small team and will arrive between 8am-8pm, latest.

    Do the meals stay fresh? {Yes}
    • We deliver your order in temperature controlled recyclable boxes with recyclable ice packs, keeping your food chilled for up to 36 hours. Our ice packs may melt while your order is out for delivery; however, we test our box temperatures weekly to ensure our minimum chill time doesn’t change.
     What is the delivery charge?
    • We charge a flat fee of £5.00. The price of delivery covers the box, insulation and ice to store your order and the drivers fee.
     Can I choose time of delivery? {No}
    • We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a delivery slot/time. We can take delivery instructions if made 24 hours prior to delivery.
     Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? {No} 
    • You don’t have to be home when we deliver. When you place your first order with us we will ask you to add special delivery instructions and these will be stored on your account. We will always leave your Thai Fridays order in the safe place listed in your account. As we deliver perishable goods, we are unable to re-direct a box once it is with our courier service.
